I think the necklace was a bit much with this outfit. It looks bulky with the boa and the dangly earrings.
Again, this is another dress that is top-heavy. You could have at least used a hip scaler. The waist scaler alone isn't doing enough. But altogether, I feel like you need to start avoiding them since you've had multiple declines now.

- I agree the necklace is bulky. Also when you have a flower on the necklace triangle earrings just make one or the other out of place. I agree with iMoo as well about this being top heavy.
- The hair style is nice but I'm not so sure on the color.
- I noticed your avi face is a bit crooked so I tried on the avi and it turns out the scaler you used is one of those that make your avi warp awkwardly. If you try on a dance or moving avi with this then you can see what I mean.
- Most important for me is the extreme lack of texture on the dress except the top part and bottom fishtail part and event hen the texture is bare minimum. I think the issue is that you keep choosing older era imvu dresses that do have odd boxey shapes to them. If you like doing formal look like this then try using things derived from Delure meshes [www.imvu.com] I think this has a lot of potential and I love that you put a stole with it but this needs some more fixes to adjust it properly.

This is just all black. And with the body shape and stuff, the avi does not work with it either. It just looks all awkward.
Maybe try creating outfits that have a top and bottom separate to help you start off with proportions and stuff. You struggle finding good dresses, so start off with the simple top/bottom then maybe move onto dresses. You have potential so don't give up.

Agree with above
This dress could be so beautiful if it was better quality.
You REALLY need to stop using that "sexy shoulder" product because it doesn't work the same way as a scaler and it's partly to blame for your proportion issues.
