I like what you are going for but I'm not so sure on the execution. Proportion wise this is perfect, though I don't think the leg scaler was needed. Clothing wise I'm only dissapointed in the shoes, they don't match the top and although I know you were trying to mix goodgirl/badgirl it does still need to match. The tattoos are also out of place, again I know you were trying to good/bad girl, but maybe if you did cutesy tattoos they would look better.

The accessories are feeling very out of place too, conflicting a bit too much with soft white outfit. Most important for me though is the head and eyes. The head is very large and lashless and I'm very sorry but it looks alien almost. The eyes are pretty but in this submission they're out of place. Anyone can wear circle lenses but they are more predominantly used in asian styles so it's kind of odd to see it here. The skin also is not matching here.

I feel the best route is to find some white shoes, find a more tame head with lashes, lose the tattoos, find a softer clean skin and just settle on doing white accessories.

I'm not sure about this whole thing. I agree with Choa, it is a good idea but I don't think you pulled the whole outfit together.
Proportions are great besides the head. I'm just not seeing how the makeup / skin is tying into the look. You should go with a soft, natural skin. But the head is really disturbing me. The eyes and lips are just too large, and the eyebrows are small. The pose isn't the best either, you should try to find one without the neck glitching. I don't think socks look very well with heels. You'd be better off doing one look or another, those two clashing together is either going to turn out perfect or be a disaster, and I think that's what this was.

This is a wonderful improvement.
She looks a little bare sadly, and I almost want to see a more casual style shoe. But otherwise, I think this is cute.
