I believe this dress has already failed once due to the lack in quality.
It's not a bad submission. But her head is too big and it's really throwing off the proportions. I'd scale it down a bit.
I can't say I'm a fan of the shoes with this either tbh. The white is random and I can't help but notice them through the dress like they're distracting.
Annnd she needs a ring and/or clutch to help accessorize.

So this isn't terrible, but it's not great either. The dress has really bad quality and there aren't many dresses like that in the shop since it's an inspiration of an actual dress. I agree about the shoes, they throw off the whole outfit. There isn't any white besides some sparkle in the dress! The hand/nail product is just getting annoying because it's overused and not for this kind of theme. You should really have used nude colored shoes and gold accessories.

I know this was said before because I'm the one who first told you, you must match the mesh head to it's skin tone. If not, it looks really bad, almost like you tanned/burnt your body but not your head. It looks odd and really takes away from the outfit.

Now with that being said, I don't think this could be resubbed because you can only change one thing from the outfit and since the dress counts as two, you can only change the shoes. The dress is the main piece of the outfit, but it's such bad quality.
