I really like this look. The shoes feel a bit out of place for me - they're just not tying in and I think you could have found something more suitable. I also feel like the necklace is way out in left field. Everything else in this is very casual and laid back. But the necklace is definitely not laid back - it's got a formal air about it that I think flies in the face of the look. With the way the hair is laying, actually, I'm not sure any necklace is necessary at all. If you do think one is necessary, I would go for one that doesn't hug the neck - something that lays down across the chest would be more fitting.
