Aw super cute kid look!
The only complaints I have are simply for your proportions.
The legs are far too thick and I don't think they needed a scaler at all. The head also looks fairly large so the head scaler was not needed there either. The shoulders are also too small and 90-95% is the lowest you should ever go in Sedulity. The hands are quite small too, 70% being the ideal size.
Another thing is your overall avatar scaler is 30% and that is fine for imvu personal use but in Sedulity your outfits go up on our website and 30% is just very very very small and makes the submission almost unrecognizable. Here is this one for example [www.imvuoutfits.com] I feel that when you submit child looks to Sedulity you should use a 65% avi scaler at the least so your submission are still very child sized but not so small, here is an example [www.imvuoutfits.com]

If this was suppose to be a bun dle by Truly, the top is a full outdfit by a different developer so rule 8 was broken and for some reason there is an expression pack in place of bottoms so this isn't a bundle at all
And a B+ isnt passing but it allows for a resub
