This was actually a good outfit, but you have broken one of the rules which is :
"There must be at least 2 different developers in the clothing items, unless submitted as a bundle."
If you use the same developer for clothing items, make sure to make the name of the topic 'Awaiting Submission [Bundle]', or else you would've broken the rule and your outfit gets automatically declined. You can read the rules so you know what's right and wrong here.
Just some critique about this outfit anyway, so that you will improve your future outfits; make sure to ALWAYS use a 70%-75% hand scaler and a 90%-95% shoulder scaler, or else you might cause disproportions.

I agree with Duyi about the proportions. Never scale your arms either.
Of course since you have the three main pieces for a bundle, this doesn't break the one quoted specifically, buuut you do need two extra products by Exzy for it to pass.
8) Bundle outfits must have all clothing items by the same developer. Alternatively, you may switch out shoes for hair.
9) Bundle outfits must have 2 additional items by the same developer that are separate from the 3 used in rule 6.
You'll really want to familiarize yourself with the rules before submitting more. But this is a good first outfit imo. Fixing the proportions and bundle bit, this could easily pass.
