I feel like there is to many tats
the bottoms are a tad bit strangely made
the necklace is to bulky
the multicolored nails are tad bit random too

The bottoms have bows all over them and I think they're very, very cute.
There are never too many tattoos; that's a personal preference.

I don't know how to feel about the necklace. And usually I'd agree about the nails, but I see what you were aiming for with those colors. Tbh I like it as is.

Honestly, don't downgrade because you don't like tattoos. That's completely personal preference right there. My biggest problem is your proportions. You should never scale your arms and your shoulders should never be smaller than 90%. Your shoulders/arms/hands should range between 90/100/70 or 95/100/75. Anywhere between those two and your proportions will be perfect.
