The hip scale isn't needed here cause she looks like a stick then big curves comes along. It just throws her portions all over the place a little bit bad.
I like the hair color it is very pretty and the outfit is good.

The hip scaler was used to keep her proportionate. She has really large breasts, which you would know if you tried on the outfit in client.

I agree that the shape is a bit odd all over but I think using the scaler was the right thing to do to even it out.
