Description: I know the pants have 1 duplicate, but they're fairly unique and the others I looked at just didn't have the same quality.

I usually go with darker brows to match the roots of the hair, but since this hair is platinum/white all the way through, the darker brows didn't seem to fit.

So, the first thing I'm going to say is, unless it's a fantasy outfit, white eyebrows are never going to work. Your skin is far too tan, and the eyebrows all but disappear when you wear them with it.

Always be on the lookout for duplicates. This outfit isn't entirely different from the original that was posted with these pants - in fact, it's really just a simpler version of that outfit.

And, speaking of simple. That's what this whole thing is. Other than the necklace, and the bow in the hair, you didn't really add anything to this. No bracelets, no rings, and, other than the pants and necklace, everything is just plain black. It comes across a bit boring.

This is going to need some improvement before I think it's ready for the site. I would recommend a different, more interesting shirt, more accessories, and pick something else for the eyebrows.

It might look odd at first to use dark brows with platinum hair, but it's the best route unless it's for a theme like fantasy, like Sin pointed out.
I have to agree with Sin though, this does feel like a simplified version of the outfit on the duplicate. If you didn't check it before, just know that you're able to click the link that reads "1 duplicate" to ensure your outfit isn't too similar.
She was pretty on point with everything else too.
