I think this is a nice outfit however I think that a bracelet of some sort would have helped the bare wrists.

I think that the random gold rings are a bit off. I get that a lot of girls incorporate gold, or gold-colored accessories into "urban" looks, and that this is leaning in that direction, but the outfit doesn't play that up enough to make the rings work. I would have either added more, or changed the accessories to a non-gold color (plus added more, because, as Serena said, this is bare).
