Trying not to let personal taste get to me, but the pointed shoes are bothering me so much. 8(

That aside, I feel like you need to change up the hair and makeup. What you have right now looks completely out of place and drags the entire look down imo.
The hair is (painfully) obviously dated, and the style of it feels way too casual for this outfit. The makeup is too bright and distracting, what with the massacre of colors. I think you should trade the skin in for something that has subtle makeup.
Last, I don't think the rings were needed with the bracelets already there. Just play up the nails instead.
