Two duplicates is too many for a pair of basic black boots. The fact that you paired it with an outfit tat already has a duplicate just makes it worse. As it is, your submission really isn't that different for iMoo's original.

You've also got a lot of mismatched accessories. The shows you chose have silver accents. The necklace is gold. The watch is a rustic bronze. The belt buckle looks coppery. The zipper on the purse is yellow. They're all over the place and it doesn't suit your outfit well.

You chose eyebrows that not only don't match the color of the hair, but are also too light. Again I reiterate: match brows to the color of the roots of the hair, or they don't look natural.

If it weren't for the duplicates, I'd grade for a resub, but this outfit would be near impossible to redo in a way that the member can make it her own.

I agree with a lot of what Sin said.
Tbh I liked the direction you were taking this with the hair and head/skin combo, 'cause it's super cute. But she's also over-accessorized, or they're just too heavy.
And since it'd be hard to resub, you could always look into revamping.

That way I can see if they're too alike etc

These blue letters indicating a duplicate are links that will take you to the outfits that contain the duplicate.
You always want to steer clear of full outfits with dups since the outfits will always be pretty similar.

This us much to similar to iMoos outfit and has many products that don't go well together
