I wouldn't have used both the necklace and the collar, one overlaps the other and causes clipping issues. A brooch could have worked here (ex: [www.e-stephanie.com]), in either necklace or ring form. I also don't think the earrings were necessary here, they completely blend in with the hair.

I don't like the collar at all - it doesn't line up well with the rest of the outfit. The idea to blend in the necklace was a great concept, but the meshes interfere with one another and clip, so it really doesn't work out as well as it could.
The gloves don't feel right, with the transparent long sleeves. Had the sleeves been shorter, or the sleeves opaque, then I think they would have gone better, but here the cutoff is a little iffy, to me.
When I get down to it, though, I just don't like the texturing on the dress. It's lacking in much of any highlights or lowlights, and while I like the design (Martha has a great imagination) it just doesn't feel up to par, for me.

I agree about the collar and gloves. This avatar is also very awkward and giving her a weird expression.
