Really make sure you're clear on the rules. I hate to fail this because you missed adding one more product by Serzya. You need the top, bottoms, shoes or hair.. plus two extra items for this to be a bundle.
Besides that, though... Your accessories are all too fancy for this outfit. The necklace wasn't needed and I think the earrings could have been opted to something a little smaller. You need to remember to vary devs for everything unless it's a bundle, and that includes accessories. It shows more creativity, time and effort was put into an outfit.
You really have come a ways since your first submission. Keep trying.

I was told previously that when an outfit has mostly the same dev involved its considered a bundle.. I guess I misunderstood I'll keep trying though

The rules describe exactly what is required for an outfit to be considered a bundle. There are very specific rules that are designed to prevent people from, I guess you could say, "cheating," when making outfits - taking the easy way out and just using all products from the same developer to make a cohesive outfit. It forces them to hunt.

8) Bundle outfits must have all clothing items by the same developer. Alternatively, you may switch out shoes for hair.
9) Bundle outfits must have 2 additional items by the same developer that are separate from the 3 used in rule 8.

The necklace still isn't really needed, because of the straps on the top. Again, I think smaller earrings would suffice, but these are OK.
The nails are really super bright and don't match the other pinks, and I have to admit I like these shoes less than the previous pair. There was no need to change them. As with the blush and lips, I don't think that was needed.
You were taking this in the right direction, but now you've overstepped the line and did a little too much with it.

All in all, I'd say remove the lipgloss, blush, and necklace. Then revert back to the black shoes or find a pink style that look a little more flattering with the bottoms. You'll be fine just having the bracelets added because you've already got the three main clothing parts and hair. That counts as one of the extras, so you now have the bundle rules covered.

I was trying to follow the bundle rules by making everything included with the candy items... but yes iMoo I'll fix this better!

You were not granted another resub because your outfit did not fail the first resub. I will be cleaning this thread and judges will grade the first resub.

Sometimes its a lot easier to just replace one of the developers products with another derivation than it is to make it a bundle. Afterall bundles don't get your attribution and limit your choices for things.

All you have to do in order for it not to be a bundle is make sure it passes

"5) There must be at least 2 different developers in the clothing items, unless submitted as a bundle."

All that requires is that not all your clothing items is one dev. If you changed the shoes to someone else it would of passed rule 5. Alternatively if you choose different pants it would of worked too, etc. The judges still can give you bad grades for not having enough diversity but they cant auto fail you with an F, because if you followed the rules.

In this instance I think the accessories you originally had were better than the ones you had switched out for Serzya's own. Both the pants and shoes in your original submissions were mostly plain and could of easily been replaced with someone else's clothing.

I still like the look of of the outfit, my favorites being the head/skin combo. The hot pink doesnt match the light pink of the top. Personally, my suggestion is to just redo the original with different but similar black pants and maybe find light pink shoes.
