5) There must be at least 2 different developers in the clothing items, unless submitted as a bundle.

If it was intended to make a bundle, then refer to these rules:
7) Top & bottom clothing products must vary in developers, unless product is a one-piece or submitted as a bundle.
8) Bundle outfits must have all clothing items by the same developer. Alternatively, you may switch out shoes for hair.
9) Bundle outfits must have 2 additional items by the same developer that are separate from the 3 used in rule 8.

Besides the rules being broken, I don't think these products are up to Sedulity's standards. The dress material looks very much copied and pasted, and the black parts have no texture at all. The shoes also lack texture completely.
I don't think a resub will fix this one.

Please do, you've been giving us better submissions nearly every time you post. I'd just suggest expanding your list of devs to look at in shop.

Agree with everything stated so I'll not repeat. Since its neither a bundle or regular submission. You needed 1 more item & the title.

This is still overall very new to me but; I love how this group really challenges me to be creative with my sense of fashion.

Well it looks like you're getting the hang of it. It might help to keep an extra tab pulled up with the rules so you can go back and check if you're not missing anything. I did the same thing when I first joined.
And of course just set the bar higher for textures and product quality. If you don't see texture on it, it more than likely won't pass.

I still do that now, every now and then when Judging or submitting. LOL
