I thought the necklace counted as clothing

The clothing category is made up by the top, bottoms, and shoes.
A necklace is qualified as an accessory.
You can see the divisions by looking at the bigger, underline words which indicate the category a product falls under.

To sum it up, this needs one more item by CocoChanel to to qualify as a bundle. It's just one off.
