So the bottom half is pretty urban casual but the top is casual fancy because of the lace which is confusing me, would change the top to be more urban casual. The shoes are pretty big and bulky so a shoe/foot scaler is needed, the color also doesn't match anything, you can change the top to be white too. The choker is a bit random as well as the nail color which doesn't match anything. Pants are super copy and pasted looking. Worried brows are also eh but not a big deal.

Yes it was my first submission and I was really trying so.
I know it's not my best outfit but I REALLY didn't know what outfit I should upload or what would like to people.
I don't think it's a failure but not my best try.

Certainly not a failure. B+'s are still a good grade, they give you the chance to resub and give a better submission. In the end, it won't count towards your declines if you pass the resub. B+'s can also be overruled by A-'s in some cases.
In any case though, don't be discouraged. If you don't know what you want to submit, try doing something for the theme of the week. Just read the theme post so you know the requirements. I personally look through shop for things that inspire me if I don't feel like doing themes, though.

Still surprises me how nice people are here.

i like the skin, i even like the head, but i dont really love the combo on this outfit. seems too innocent looking to me

you have a lot of Psico's stuff on. and i'm not really feeling the pants much i think the shoe/sock combo would look better with shorts, though back to the shoes they seem realllllllly bulky

this needs new eyebrows these are wirey lol

This is really pretty tbh. I like the face a lot.
Sadly, it breaks a rule. It was suggested previously that you change the top to fit the bottoms/shoes better. If you really want to use this top, just use it in a future submission (just be aware that an outfit has been declined because the texture on it isn't the best).
You'll have to go back to the original and work off that to find another top.
