I don't know why your hands look so large if you're wearing a hand scaler. Try sizing it down to 70% and then add nails, don't just rely on default nails the avi has.
Otherwise, I like this. She could use a necklace, but it's honestly a minor complaint.

You forgot a shoulderscaler (90%), and the night light should be dropped. I also agree with iMoo about the hands looking big, so a 70% scaler would be better, as she mentioned. You should also always wear some sort of nails, else the hands will look odd - as in this case. I will probably steal the face though, its so beautiful!
