Please read the rules before posting more submissions. This one broke one of the very basic rules:
16) Shadow-less and tint-less rooms are required when taking *hiresnobg.
It's easy, just use the "rooms" tab in shop and search for "photo" or "shadowless".. use a room that doesn't give a weird tint to your avatar. There's a recommended room in the rules, I just won't link it so you can go read them for yourself. :3
The combo scaler you're using right now is a no-no. Don't scale your arms, like eeverr. Shoulders will generally be about 90-95% and hands... I recommend 70%. You'll want to stay away from old avatars that are "huge," "tall," or "giga." They really stretch out the proportions and it just looks totally unflattering the more it happens. If you seriously want to go for a taller look, just use an avatar resizer; it should keep your proportions in check.
Otherwise, as an outfit, this is a cute start. The pink you used for the nails is way too light though, try to match the pink on the dress. I'd also opt for smaller earrings and a necklace or bracelets. Because right now, those earrings are waaay too much for an otherwise simple outfit. You have two sets of eyebrows on and the lashes don't fit the head, so they need to go.
I'd recommend going for another hairstyle that isn't as messy, but that could be more personal.
