Your proportions are a bit off, you've been told numerous times. Never scale your arms, your shoulders should never be smaller than 90% and 60% is too small for your hands. I feel like the coat and the shoes are a little random looking here. The coat isn't textured that well and the shoes are a peachy nude that don't really match anything. I'd honestly remove the jacket and find more casual shoes.

You really need to start using the correct scalers, f.ex this one [nb.imvu.com]
So, at first sight this looked a lot better, but then i noticed you are using a meshhead, and your skin doesn't fit the head. Using a meshhead really requires you to find the correct skin that is made for the head, otherwise you will instantly get downgraded hard for it.
Otherwise, your accessories do not really fit in because your clothings have silver details. I would've go for silver accessories then. Also, your watch is on the top, and that is a no-go. Never use bracelets or watches on clothings. So instead of the watch, i would've opt for rings. Eventually nails with already rings on.
I also don't feel like these shoes were the best option to go for. They don't really fit imo. They are too dark.
