The chest fluffs are very odd for me. One is more feathery and the other is more "fluffy". I do quite like the head choice here, though I wish you used a different hair for this as the mullet is personally not my style. The shoulder width I think could be bumped up to 90%, but the rest are perfect. The eye colour should match the bow in colour more.

I agree with Extinction, the mullet wouldnt be my fist pick of a hair either and i would either change the bow colour to match the eyes or vice vesa to set them off n make them both pop with the fur. Shes still a cutie.
