Welcome to Sedulity! This is a great first submission. You dont need to scale your legs, ever. It doesn't look bad on this, but avoid it in the future. Just hands and shoulders need scaling, which you got the proportions on. The skin is a little flat, and looks a bit dated. I like everything else tho. I hope to see more from you

I dont see anything wrong in scaling your legs aslong it looks normal, as it does in this case. Curves are beautiful. Otherwise, i agree about the skin, but thats my only complaint. This is a very nice first submission. Happy submitting.
