This doesn't feel like a cocktail dress at all. It's too long and elegant, plus you dressed it up a little toooo well.
My only complaint is I think you could have opted for a 90% shoulder scaler. But I'll be changing your title. :c

Agree with iMoo.The head/skin combo is really nice. Also the texture dress isn't the best, but minor. Your golds doesn't really match in my opinion, but i'll let that as personal reference. I would highly prefered a gold shoes since there's no black enough in your clothes to match black shoes.
This is pretty, otherwise.
