You really gotta start fixing your proportions. I know it's a fad on IMVU to have big heads and tiny bodies, but we don't find it acceptable for Sedulity. I know the correct proportions have been mentioned before, but here the are again: 90%-95% shoulders, 100% arms, and 65%-75% for hands. You don't really need to scale your arms or legs at any time. And I'm sure once you bump up your proportions, you won't need the head or foot scaler.
The texture on the jacket isn't amazing, but acceptable. Though the shoes and hat look flat black to me. Both could be replaced really easily. Otherwise, this is cute. I'd try to vary in devs more, but not a huge complaint.

Agree with iMoo. I'd also add that your eyebrows are a tad darker than your hair, you should choose eyebrows that matches with your hair/roots. I think this would be nice with a resub
