Hmmm, theres something here that doesn't look right. I think it might be the shoes, they look too dressy for something kinda simple. I would of honestly just opted out for regular white shoes. Plus, I don't think this looks kawaii to me at all besides the head you have on - possibly a lighter skin would of been best with this too. But I'll ask Chrissie to take a look at the submission and see if the title should be changed to just a normal submission. Also the pearled bracelet is a bit random. Again, it just doesnt fit with your outfit. I'd like to see a resub of this. c:

Throwing on an immature head and shoes with bows on them does not make this a kawaii submission.

I like the colors and stuff. I actually really like the shoes and skirt together, like it was a step in the right direction. I don't actually care for the top with it, though I can't actually nail why? It doesn't have the same vibes as the rest.
Regardless, just try doing a little more research for the kawaii theme before submitting again. c:
