The beard and the baby hairs aren't good in texture. I like the look but the grey shoes seems a bit outta place. The collar for the jacket is blurry as well and the way it lays on top the undershirt. This is urban but needs some work. You dont have any nails, hands look chunky cause its not scaled with the glove mesh. You have on 2 bracelets. Work work work work.

I agree with Nerves on everything. The necklace also looks really flat imo, like it's painted on.

I completely agree about the beard/baby hairs texture. Those definitely need to be fixed. You have an upper hand here though, cause I'd say you could keep the shirt you have (although the quality on the top near the collar is a bit blurry) and change the shoes to something that matches a bit better, OR keep the grey shoes (since the textures on it are nicer) and try finding a different shirt. Up to you though, either way I think this could be incorporated better. I also agree with the rest of the critiques.
