The head is really odd imo. The shape may be more of a personal preference, but I think it's worthy of commenting on when the skin is painted on in such a peculiar way. The nose looks flat and there aren't any lashes here. It's also very important to use skin that actually matches the mesh head.

You can tell here that it's a completely different skin tone, so one or the other needs changed.
The outfit itself is okay...the top doesn't really suit the pants imo, since they're loose-fitting and come up to her naval, I'm curious why such a dainty, tight top appealed to you. I would have followed through with the business aspect the pants carry through and tied some black in with an undershirt or other means. Or, you could change the pants into something like a skirt.
Make sure your accessories make sense with the outfit and with each other. I feel no real connection between the three you have on right now.
