I like all the effort your putting in. You're getting better, but this is another outfit that requires a bit of work before it passes.
Just settle on a 'theme' for the outfit you're going for--casual, formal, etc. Right now, you're mixing and matching products that I don't think suit each other very well. The bottoms are lacey and give me a 'chic' vibe, while the rest is pretty casual and laidback. You could probably make everything work together with some other kind of shorts or another top. Keeping in mind that the spiked shoes are pretty out-there, too. Whatever you think will bring everything together better, shoot for it.
I know I've said this before: your hands are too small. 65-70% is optimal. You also want to accessorize a little better. The white choker isn't cuttin' it for me with the sweater tbh. And lastly, it looks like the eyeliner you're using isn't fitting the head quite right. Opt for another skin with eyeliner that you like or opt for a lashless Allie head and find some eyeliner that is made for that head. Speaking of rules, remember you can't use products by disabled/retired devs.
