I would give you some critiques but I realized you broke the rule #3... (the skin you wore).
I am not sure if I suppose to give you grade F but I will leave this to others for now.

@Dreta, you would be correct to fail the submission for breaking a rule.

That being said, this does break a rule. Remember not to use products by retired/disabled developers.
The outfit itself also requires some work if it has any hope to pass. There are a lot of dated products and tons of accessories needlessly piled onto this imo. The top looks painted on...I think you could try to get away with the bottoms/shoes, so I'd look for an alternative. Preferably something that ties the shoulder pads in a little more.
You have two sets of eyebrows on, the blonde ones can go. :p And the choker+bandanna is redundant, so one of those will have to go. The septum doesn't fit her nose and the head itself is an older one that looks too immature for the clothing/theme. Keep in mind that when you change the head, you may have to change the facial accessories, including the eyelashes. The bindi isn't needed because it can't be seen, and the hands are a bit small. Normally proportions are 90-95% shoulders, 100 arms, and 65-70% hands.
Not a bad idea, but it needs executed just a little better. Good luck and happy submitting.
