Hello, welcome to Sedulity. I assume this is your first submission... It's important to read the rules before you submit so you don't fail any of them. You'll have to go read up on them; this fails rule 8.
The outfit itself feels all over the place tbh. I get what you were aiming for when I see the shades and top, but tye-dye with pink looks awful to me (no offense). The tennis shoes and short, pleated skirt don't tie into the theme, either. Overall, I think it would be better if you lost the shades and changed the top to something more fitting--preferably white, to help tie in the white nails and the white on the sneakers. Accessory-wise, I'd toss in a bracelet or other wrist accessory if possible. Rings and earrings are a bare minimum.
Your proportions also need work. The shoulders are too broad and her hands are too large. Normally, we recommend 90-95% for the shoulders and 65-70% for the hands. Just nab some shoulder and hand scalers by Scaler.
