I think it was really odd pairing the shoes with the jeans. I can get over the top and bottoms together, but that's it. I'd try opting for some bottoms that make more sense here, especially with the shoes. Even if you choose to do a color pop with it. Just make sure that you're carrying that color throughout the outfit wherever you can, like with makeup and nails, or accessories.
The hand tattoos also feel pretty out of place here. I'm not totally sure about the hair, either, but that would depend on whatever direction you choose to take this.

I agree with iMoo, the shoes give off a type of paste in color vibe when contrasted with the pants, I might be seeing things but it seems like the skin is a bit more tan than the face, if that's the case please try and choose one that matches closer. The hair in my opinion is fine if you decided to change to more sensible pants which will give a great color pop!

I definitely have to agree with Moo here about the jeans, they really need to go. I'd like to see a nice slit skirt with this with maybe a color pop to go along with your hair. Possibly even try out some different accessories like Moo mentioned.
