I think this is cute look but the hips and head scale aren't necessary at all. I think the shoulders made her looks smaller so I recommend you to use 90 instead 85%.. I think it would be a best choice to wear heels so she would looks nice. I think the avatar is random, because your look do not look like kawaii at all. I think it would be better to not wear the hand tattoo at all in my opinion.

Description: I followed Dreta's advice and changed the avatar pose, shoes and nails, I also changed the eyebrows and the combo scaler. I removed the head scaler, the combo hip scaler and one of the piercings.
