Make sure at least one of your pictures includes the feet.
All of your 'extra' products and scalers/proportions need to be fixed/removed. I don't really think the hair is very 'childish', but it could be personal. And the feet should be changed to some shoes, because even though they're red, I don't think they fit in very well. Otherwise, this is really cute and has potential.
