I think the top was a cute idea for a casual summer look, but the rest of this doesn't really give off that same vibe. I think changing the top would be better than asking you to change the shoes, jacket, and jeans. The holes in the jeans don't feel right with the frilly top tbh, then the black just clashes imo.
The shoulders also might be a little large 'cause I feel like the head is looking a bit small. Could just be me, though. In any case, a necklace might also be cute. I don't think a bracelet and heavy rings were really a better choice than a bracelet and a necklace.

I honestly love everything here. I think the only thing that needs to come off is the jacket and then the shoes be changed to something more summery. Perhaps some sandals? Also, wear some light colored nails, and lighter accessories to give this more of a summery feel. Otherwise, everything else looks fine to me.
