It doesn't look like the hair has much (if any) texture. You should add nails because the default nails are ew and it'd slim the hands a little more. The perfect hands thing isn't needed, either, since you have them scaled down already.
I'm also not sure why you used a M0nys skin with a Vinn mesh head; normally the skin has to be by the same dev to match, though I don't see any differences here. Shocker.
You'll usually want to use lashes with mesh heads, though that's up to you. I personally think it looks cuter with them, though.

The hair really has no texture at all
I usually don't care about hands, but iMoo is right about the nails on here looking...weird
Also, this has no eyebrows?
I think fixing those minor issues will make this look so much better

I agree completely with Lyd here, the hair seems too flat and the head+skin combo should definitely change. Also the glasses look way too unreal, very thinned out, and not too pleasing here.
