I don't really think either of the head scalers were necessary. But you do need a hand scaler...we normally recommend 65-70% for hands and 90-95% for shoulders. Otherwise, this is cute imo. The eyeliner needs removed/replaced, though, since it's glitching noticeably. You can opt for another skin that has winged liner, or you can use a lashless Xee head and find some layerable liner. If you don't know where to find layerable makeup for the Xee head, try here.
Just take care of those few things and this will be very passable imo.

Outfit-wise the only issues I see is the bracelets used, they look really flat and don't really match the gold of the rest of the acessories
The rest of the outfit is really nice
Besides that, there's all the scaling issues iMoo pointed out and the issue with the make up
