The skin and hair are really cute. I feel like the top's and bottom's patterns don't match though, maybe some jeans or a top without a pattern would work better; the rose tattoos are kind of random as well.

I agree with Sadness. I'd also switch to black brows, or a darker brown that is closer to the root color of your hair. Adding a bracelet or some accessory would also be nice; she looks kind of plain atm, even for casual.
