I feel like the head makes her look super young, younger than the body/outfit suggests. The bracelet seems out of theme, so I'd have gone with something else. Then the hair might be a little much for casual, but it could be a personal preference.
The shoulders also seem too broad, so a 90 or 95% shoulder scaler would help immensely. But most importantly, I think none of these products are really going well with each other... The red shoes feel really random. Maybe you could get away with the top and bottoms together, but I'm not really sure. I'll let other judges decide.
