The pants are kind of random and not really flattering. I don't see them being worn to a beach, same for the heels. The top half and the bottom half seem like two different looks. I'd suggest changing the top since you can only change one clothing item. I'd also suggest changing the collar because it's silver while the rest of your accessories are gold.

I have to agree with Frightful here on everything. However, I think this might look a lot better without the pants here since the top+shoes are strappy, while the bottoms are more...fluffy? if thats the right word. Otherwise, this look would turn out really nice.

I agree with Angel, the pants and shoes don't seem like they'd be flattering, but you could probably pull off the top.
