This is another nice start, but there are just a few things worth fixing before this passes.
The shoulders are a little too small; you should be using 90 or 95% shoulder scalers. The gold/yellow on the nails is a little random. Remember not to mix silver and gold as best as you can. I'd have gone for black or red nails, or even something natural. The necklace also doesn't feel super necessary, but I would like to see a wrist accessory of some sort.
The shoes also feel out of theme for this outfit. I'd imagine she'd wear something a little less boyish than sneakers. You could try heels, flats, toms, etc. And this might be more of a personal thing, but we'll see what other judges say--the hair feels too teased and too high on her head. I'd have gone with something with a little less volume.

I like the clothing, but I agree the shoes look really boyish for such a cute, girly outfit
There definitely needs to be more accessories, just be mindful they're not too dressy since this is a casual outfit and that you dont mix gold and similar
