Your proportions need fixing--your arms, hands, and shoulders are all pretty small. Shoulders should be bumped up to 90%, arms to 100%, and hands to 65% in the very least. The pouty expression is a personal product that should be removed and excluded in all future submissions, as well as any pose packs, dances, lights, etc.
The eyeliner and lashes aren't necessary if you keep the shades, though I don't know if I like how any of the accessories are fitting in here, tbh. The eyeball purse is really random and her face is really busy with the choker, septum, earrings, and shades. I think taking the shades and eyeball purse off would be the best bet. The choker is the accessory I like most with the outfit, but you'll need to follow through and add a bracelet or something to that effect.
I'm also kinda failing to see what direction you were taking this. The plastic skirt by itself is a great idea as far as provocative goes, but I think it's a little too edgy for the top. You could change out the top or bottoms and take this in a better direction imo.

I definitely think all acessories but the choker need to go, they don't fit with the outfit
This kinda looks bathing suit-like to me but I don't really see where you were going wit it so you need to find better acessories to make this make more sense

The accessories is a bit of a mess, the eyeball although cute is pretty random for this fit
exchange some of the accessories for an arm one, keep the choker though since it actually fits in here well.
I also don't see a big direction with this and it doesn't really scream "provocative" but its possible to make it more if you remove the plastic skirt and add some Lacey underwear to fit the top or bottoms that were more sexual.
