There's a lot going on here. Quite a bit of it isn't needed, either. The dog filter can go because it's more of a personal product imo. Same goes for the sitting pose, emoticons, and perfect scaler. The shoulders/arms/hands are too small. I understand you're going for a thinner avi, but the shoulders are sunken in and the arms are glitching through her torso.
I'm not sure why she looks so beaten up, but I don't think it matches the theme of the outfit. I guess that's ultimately up to you, though. But you do need to vary devs more; 3 of the 4 clothing products are by ewu.

I would take off everything but the clothing and the top choker
The outfit itself isn't bad, but everything else that's added on is just random and contributes nothing to the outfit
There's no apparent reason for the beaten up look so i'd change the skin and hair to look normal

I agree with Lydiann and iMoo, you need to be careful about how you accessorize, kind of look for things that match instead of throwing on random front page products
