I'm not really sure if this is passable as is. The shoes, bag, hair, and accessories just feel overkill for the top and bottoms. I would opt for a bracelet rather than the lace choker. The neck doesn't need to be filled. The pink purse doesn't have much tying it in, either. I'd try using other pink things in the outfit, even if they're nails and/or lips.

Typically with capris pants you want to use small or simple shoes because taller shoes take away from your height and almost makes the cut of the jeans useless, so I'd opt for simpler shoes
I really don't get the use of the hair, everything looks crisp and clean then the hair's a mess
I'd rather see a bracelet and rings instead of the checker, its cutting off the neck a lot
If you really want the purse, you need to tie in more pink
