I think you went a little crazy with the scalers. It's fine to have a curvy avi, but I think the lower half is a bit exaggerated. Normally, hips are about the same width as the shoulders, if not smaller, but these hips are pretty large. I think reducing the hip scaler to a more reasonable size would be better. The head scaler also doesn't really feel necessary.
Outfit-wise, this isn't bad for what you were going for, but the gloves definitely aren't needed. The same goes for the foot chains. I think she'd be better off barefoot or with socks or something more reasonable.
