Oh my god, I 'Literally' spent hours trying to find an avi that would show off the fan,
but ever kind of pose would make the fan cut into either her hip or her face, It just wasn't working!!
So just keep in mind, I did try to find a striking pose for her but miserably failed to do so.

I don't really understand the use of tights without bottoms. It looks strange with everyday clothing you choose to wear outside in public. I'd rather see the bottoms changed to something normal or find a layerable skirt that looks appropriate with what you've already got. I'd also try to find another version of that fan that has a better texture. I do like the makeup/model, though.

I agree with iMoo - the only thing that makes the bottoms any interesting at all is hidden by the boots, anyway, so kind of takes away from the look in general. I would change them. And yes, the fan needs to be replaced.

I totally disagree. This is hot and I don't think the purpose of it is to be normal. The tights are less of a stocking and more like sheer leggings to show off the underwear as they would look weird by themselves and even still, it's becoming trendy in street wear to wear exposed tights. I like this a lot. The reds are different but they compliment each other and the make up you picked is beautiful. I definitely think this is in line with enough current trends to pass.
