I'm not a fan of the coat tbh. You should have used something that didn't glitch with the shoulders so noticeably. The shoes also feel really random thanks to the furry parts of them. I'd change the shoes and change or remove the jacket. Even settling for one of those waist-wrap versions would be better than what the trench coat imo. Personally, I also feel that there's a lot crowding the face. Downgrading the septum and/or removing one of the eyebrow piercing sets would be nice.
Otherwise, I like the model and look forward to what you'll change and how this will turn out.

I completely agree about the coat, shoes and facial accessories. I would also note that a duplicate on a pair of plain, high-waisted skinny jeans is a bit unnecessary. I know one duplicate isn't that big of a deal, but it's also easily avoidable for this particular look. Obviously not something you're going to be able to change, this time around, as you're going to want to focus on changing the shoes, but something to keep in mind for future reference.

The model is nice. The tee shirt and spectacles are a nice touch but I agree that the shoes are out of place, the jacket clips at the shoulders too badly and the face area is crowded with accessories. Looking forward to seeing how you'll upgrade this.
