The top doesn't have any texture to it from what I can see; just plain white with the picture slapped over it. The top doesn't really suit the rest of the outfit very well, either, imo. The leather jacket and her crossed arms are hiding the message, and the jacket and heels give off a different vibe than "I'm voting today" to me, lol.
I'd change the top and then replace the avi with something that won't glitch with the jacket.
