There really wasn't a need to scale down the head, here. KD heads are generally the right size for scaled down shoulders, and yours looks far too small, here, compared to those shoulders, and, with this mesh, the breasts.
I'm not sure the accessories match that well - some of the individual colors can be pulled (although the blue is completely mismatched), but you're taking the brightest colors out of a dress that's been put on a more modest color. In the end, the overall feel of the dress is a lot more modest and toned down, where as the jewelry is bright and playful and in-your-face. You also could have done a better job of switching it up with developers - variety is nice.
What's more, I think a necklace would have gone a much further way than earrings and a bracelet. The earrings are mostly hidden, and frankly, so is the bracelet with the pose you chose, whereas the neck is left feeling a little blank.
I also feel as though her face is a bit blank - a nice pretty pink lipgloss would have been nice. And her nails are completely bare. Neither of these things feels quite cohesive with the chic, played up kind of dress.
I don't know - it may be an unpopular decision, but I think all of the accessories, head scaling and a general feel of incompleteness is worth a resub.
