I know you guys don't like the waist scaler's, I did keep that in mind making this outfit,
But if you take the scaler off you'll see it just doesn't give her hips that nice curvy look it does when it's on.
Also for some reason with the scaler the top doesn't glitch as much!

The waist scaler would be okay if it didn't make the legs incredibly thick and the top half of her body a lot smaller. I understand the appeal of having a curvy avatar, believe me--I prefer nice hips, too. But this is too exaggerated imo. The entire torso and arms are too small for the hips down, as well as the head.
If you want thicker hips with future outfits, I'd just recommend a hip scaler, not this waist scaler. But even trying one of those on, it caused a similar issue...likely because of the top's mesh making the torso a little smaller, which is common right now on imvu. I told you about this issue once...sometimes you can get away with this product and sometimes you can't. Just keep in mind that your hips should be smaller than, or the same width as, your shoulders.
Besides the proportions, I do like this outfit. It's a really nice use for the top imo. I'd honestly like to see the proportions fixed, though.

Edit: With the waist scaler removed, the head still seemed a little large for the top. I tried on a 95% shoulder scaler and it looks better, and it happens to remove a good bit of the glitching in the top, just like if you had the waist scaler on. Just something to consider!

I'm all for curvy and hips for days, but the top part of her body is completely off compared to the bottom
The avatar pose isn't helping the issue either, the shoulders are slumped down so the head looks abnormally big
I love this outfit, but the proportions need to be fixed
