Glad to see more people trying the theme. I think you had the right idea, but this outfit needs a bit of work before reaching the site.
The shoes have no texture. The pants...I'm not sure how the texture turned out like that; nothing seems to be in the right place, though...like the UV map just doesn't match the texture map at all. Accessory-wise, you were grabbing the right sort of things, but maybe too many of them for one area. The theme can get a little cluttered, but the collar and headband don't match each other, and I don't think either one really matches the outfit entirely.
This actually might need a revamp instead of a resub, because I don't think the pants or shoes are passable. Just be careful about what you're using in your outfits and try to be really mindful of textures/quality.
